Hawaii is a small company located in the coastal town of Hondarribia. Since its beginning in Hondarribia´s Santiago street , we have been 55 years creating artisan products for inhabitants and visitors of Hondarribia  and Irun.

1961 Opening as a Chocolates store in Santiago street,Hondarribia

1962 Inclusion of the pastry area

1973 Opening of the first artisan workshop in Santiago street

1984 Opening of the new workshop is Tiendas street(historic part of Hondarribia)

1988 Opening of the artisan bread area

1997 Openning of the coffee shop around the Plaza de Toros in Hondarribia
